NMBS is responsible for the reception, assistance, and safety of passengers during incidents, in cooperation with Infrabel and the emergency services.

We provide:

• Guidance and information for passengers
• Assessment of needs (PRM, groups, vulnerable persons)
• Support during evacuation and safety operations
• Organization of alternative transport
