The RISC team (also known in other zones as the RED or GRIMP team) is responsible for evacuations using rope techniques, at height, at depth, and in confined spaces, where conventional firefighting resources are insufficient. RISC stands for Rescue In Safe Conditions and, in the Fluvia fire zone, consists of a mix of professional and volunteer firefighters.
